The first word that comes to mind when I think about the Ricky culture is: team. We support each other and share laughter both in the office and at play.

Our customers. I have worked with some of our customers for over 20 years, they are people I really like to hang out with.
Top tips for anyone trying to break into your field:
Be prepared for the long haul, once you are in you will never leave. Trust me, I tried but missed the industry and the people I get to work with every day, I had to come back, and it has been as amazing as I remembered.
Favourite Ricky product:
My all-time favourite product lines are Docril and Outlook, fabrics for outdoor blinds and awnings. They have been around a long time, and I was lucky enough to be at Ricky Richards when they were developed and released into market.
